Service Description

This is such a fun and versatile process! You can apply the dyes to paper in a smooth coating or brush it on/ splatter ect. Once its dried, that paper can be cut, torn, hole punched, delicately scalpeled... You then place the paper inky side down on the fabric and pop it in the heat press for 30 seconds, and VOILA, a crisp, bright, direct transfer of ink permanently onto your fabric. AND THEN, you can layer up. Any place where you overlap colours, they will blend and form a new colour, much like screenprinting with low opacity inks! We will work onto fabric samples as well as t-shirts or bags. We will have large uncut fabric so there is lots of flexibility for your ideas. This workshop will have between 12 - 18 in the group. If it's a smaller group than 12, you will have Sonja OR Luke. All materials will be provided :-) Location: We are excited to be running this at Three Storeys in Nailsworth near Stroud. Three Storeys, Old Bristol Road, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire, GL6 0JE If you're coming from Bristol, let us know and perhaps we can link you up for a lift share?
