Service Description
Blue Roll Press will be guiding you through this intaglio process at Porto Lounge in Fishponds. No experience necessary, just an open mind and some clothes you don't mind potentially getting a bit inky. Drypoint is an intaglio printmaking method. It involves scratching an image into plastic and cardboard plates with a variety of tools; these scratches then hold the ink, which you print onto paper by running it through the etching press. Luke will guide you through the technique and help you explore variation in mark making and inking along with all the steps that go into making a successful print. You will be able to make a variety of different prints from different plates, inked up with different techniques in a relaxed, informal setting.

Cancellation Policy If you are no longer able to attend you will receive a full refund if you provide 4 weeks notice. We unfortunately cannot give refunds due to sickness or external circumstances. In extenuating circumstances if the course is not able to go ahead we may have to reschedule the class. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel. You will be offered a free transfer to another course date or a full refund of fees paid.
